These terms govern how Bodrum Flow is used across our website, mobile app, venue pages, editorial listings, and partner-facing tools.
Bodrum Flow is designed as a live discovery layer for Bodrum. We surface venues, events, restaurant plans, beach clubs, nightlife, and local experiences, often using information that changes quickly. These terms are written to reflect that real operating context rather than a generic software template.
1. What Bodrum Flow Provides
Bodrum Flow helps people discover what is happening across Bodrum through curated listings, venue profiles, editorial summaries, and practical planning information. The service may include event timing, venue details, imagery, maps, external links, and app-based recommendations.
Unless we explicitly state otherwise, Bodrum Flow acts as an information and discovery platform. We are not the organizer, operator, ticket issuer, host, restaurant, beach club, or reservation counterparty for the majority of listed experiences.
2. Accuracy, Timing, and Live Updates
Bodrum moves quickly. Opening hours, lineups, prices, age policies, reservation rules, entrance conditions, weather-related changes, and venue availability can shift on short notice. Bodrum Flow aims to keep information fresh and human-reviewed, but we cannot guarantee that every listing remains complete, accurate, or current at every moment.
You are responsible for confirming critical details directly with the venue, organizer, or relevant third party before making a trip, purchase, reservation, or attendance decision.
3. Third-Party Services, Reservations, and Transactions
Some parts of Bodrum Flow may link out to Instagram, maps, messaging channels, ticketing tools, booking pages, app stores, and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, pricing, and policies.
Bodrum Flow is not responsible for third-party reservations, payments, refunds, cancellations, availability, access conditions, service quality, or changes made after a listing has been published or viewed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, scrape large portions of its content without permission, impersonate a venue or partner, upload unlawful or misleading material, or use Bodrum Flow in a way that harms other users, venues, or the product itself.
If you submit venue updates, event details, business information, or imagery to Bodrum Flow, you confirm that you have the right to share that material and that it is materially accurate to the best of your knowledge.
5. Intellectual Property and Submitted Materials
Bodrum Flow retains rights in its product design, editorial structure, original copy, branding, and platform presentation. Venue names, logos, event identities, photographs, and related third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners when applicable.
If you provide Bodrum Flow with text, photos, corrections, or business materials, you grant us a non-exclusive right to review, format, edit for clarity, and display that material in connection with the service, provided we do so in line with the purpose for which it was submitted.
6. Service Changes, Availability, and Liability
We may update, refine, suspend, or remove parts of Bodrum Flow at any time. Features may evolve as the product, editorial standards, or local operating conditions change.
To the extent permitted by law, Bodrum Flow is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed plans, lost bookings, or downstream costs arising from third-party changes, inaccurate third-party information, or temporary service interruptions.
