3. Booking Process

When requesting a paid experience, you must provide your name, phone number, and number of participants. Reservation confirmation and ticket delivery occur automatically via WhatsApp. Payment is made directly to the host on the day of the event.

4. Payment and Pricing

The Platform does not process payments; payment is made directly to the host during the experience. Payment terms are subject to the host’s pricing and accepted payment methods (cash, credit card, etc.).

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. Ensure participants meet any age requirements. Users are responsible for meeting health, certification, and equipment requirements.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, images, logos, graphics, software, and other materials on the Site are the property of Bodrum Flow or licensed third parties. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bodrum Flow does not warrant the quality, safety, or suitability of any experience or service. The Platform is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from third-party hosts.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bodrum (Muğla).

9. Changes to Terms

Bodrum Flow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when published on the Site. Users are responsible for reviewing changes.
