Yengin and İlgin Arda, the Arda brothers, are now at work at Red Pan! Having spent their lives in hospitality and tourism, the Ardas are currently sharing their experience with us at Red Pan. If you know Bodrum nightlife, you’ve probably heard of Red Lion Bar. They ran it for 26 years, creating a loyal crowd. Their friendships with guests from Red Lion Hotel in Bodrum Center still continue. There’s also the Italian legend Pastarito in their story—Pastarito served in five different cities for five years. With their deep knowledge of Bodrum and years of experience, the Ardas bring us Red Pan. Red Pan serves authentic Italian pizza and pasta, but also adds local flavors, filling a much-missed gap in Bodrum.
